All visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct displayed on this website strictly comply with federal record-keeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

1. Minimum Age Verification

Every actor, model, performer, and participant who appears in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct featured on Trustme was at least 18 years of age at the time the visual depiction was produced.

2. Custodian of Records

Records required pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 (including government-issued photo identification verifying the age and legal identity of all performers) are maintained by the respective original producers, studios, content creators, or their designated record custodians.

3. Producer & Distributor Clarification

With respect to third-party licensed media or studio distribution releases, Trustme is an electronic distributor and operator under 18 U.S.C. § 2257A and does not produce original depiction without verifying that statutory records are maintained by the producer of record.
